Susan Norris
BA, F Inst L Ex, Licensed Conveyancer

Susan Norris, specializes in Commercial Conveyancing and began working in legal offices in the early 1970s as a support worker, mainly working in residential conveyancing, in the early 1980s she started to take the Fellow of Insitute of Legal Executives exams at evening classes. She finally qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives after passing exams in Land Law, Conveyancing Practice, Landlord and Tenant Law and Employment Law in the 1990s. Susan worked for Paisner & Co as a conveyancing assistant for two years and then worked for various firms in Central London and locally to work firstly as a paralegal and then progressing onto handling substantial caseloads of her own with the assistance of a secretary advising on residential, commercial, probate wills and employment law.

In 2007 Susan decided to finalise her qualifications by taking the Licensed Conveyancer qualification and has passed exams in contract law and Accounts to gain her Licensed Conveyancer qualification.

Susan plans to take the Licensed Probate Practitioner exam in 2010.
